Under the current environment, rural e-commerce logistics have become focus of attention from all walks life, and various enterprises companies entered market under county to achieve purpose expanding their share. Based on characteristics, situation, problems developing in Huade County Ulanqab City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The article using Schematic diagram Milk Run optimisation model E-Commerce Logistics Distribution Model, puting forward several countermeasures suitable for development County.
